Parking concerns Martley Primary School

 After Tenbury and Martley Safer Neighbourhood team received reports of cars parking on the road causing an obstruction to the B4204 near Martley Primary School, PC Jones and PCSO Partridge attended the location this afternoon and engaged with all motorists who were obstructing the road and advising them to use the School car park. 

Thank you to everyone who engaged well with police to make the area safe for children leaving school.

It is important to remember;
- It is an offence to obstruct the highway.
- It is very dangerous to load children into your car on a main road, please use the car park as it is intended to be used.

Road safety remains one of our primary concerns. We will continue to do regular patrols in the future.
